Baked Pesto Chicken Recipe
- 4 chicken breasts pounded thin
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 4 Tablespoons prepared pesto more or less to taste
- 1 large tomato sliced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Arrange the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Sprinkle half of the seasonings on each side.
