Pizza Dip with Cheese Crostini

If you are looking for an easy appetizer, this fits the bill! It can be served hot out of the oven or at room temperature. We had Rhodes Warm & Serve, Soft White Rolls, in our freezer and used them to make crostini rounds. You can slice them up right out of the freezer before baking, or you can pop them in the microwave and use them for little pizza sliders! Either way, you can never go wrong with warm bread!

Pizza Dip with Cheese Crostini

Ingredients
  
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tsp dried Italian herbs
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup black olives (optional)
  • 4 oz turkey pepperoni

Cheese Crostini

  • 1 bag Rhodes Warm and Serve Soft White Rolls
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 2 tsp dried Italian herbs
Instructions
 
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Mix until combined.
  • Place in an oval baking dish.
  • Top with marinara sauce. Spread to cover the cheese mixture.
  • Top with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and black olives.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until top is browned. Let cool for 15 minute before serving!

Cheese Crostini

  • Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F.
  • Slice bread in 1/2 inch thick pieces. Place in a baking sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Brush with olive oil, and cheese. Sprinkle with dried Italian herbs.
