Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Take one cinnamon roll. Flatten with the palm of your hand. Add one small ice cream scoop or tablespoon of dulche de leche in the center of the cinnamon roll. Roll into a ball, make sure to seal the cinnamon roll by pinching with your fingers.
Take the remaining dulche de leche and place in a microwave safe bowl or measuring cup, add the heavy cream. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Mix well until it is combined and turns into a dulche de leche sauce. HEAVENLY! Pour half the sauce in a baking dish. Top with the rolls. Cover and bake for 40 minutes. If the top starts to brown too fast, loosely cover with aluminum foil.
Let cool for a few minutes. Serve with a drizzle of the extra sauce!
