Radwa Elkaffas
Co-Founder of Food Dolls & New York Times Best-Selling Author
Radwa Elkaffas is one half of Food Dolls, the sister-run brand she built alongside her sister, Alia. Born and raised in Minnesota to Egyptian parents, Radwa grew up around incredible food—but cooking wasn’t the plan. She trained as a dental hygienist and worked in the field for seven years before motherhood sparked a creative pivot.
Now a recipe developer and content creator, Radwa brings warmth, intuition, and balance to the kitchen. Working closely with Alia, she helps create approachable recipes that feel relaxed, flavorful, and doable for any home cook. She’s also the co-author of Pretty Delicious (2025), a cookbook that reflects the sisters’ shared love of beautiful, stress-free food. Off duty, she’s all about fashion, home décor, fitness, family time, and, like Alia… cookies!
