Loaded Edible Cookie Dough


  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature 
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour, heat treated (see note below)
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 butterfinger pieces
  • 1/2 cup toffee bites
  • 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles 


15842465133016810807.gifIn the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, or with a hand mixer add the flour, butter, both sugars, vanilla extract, salt and milk. Mix on high until well combined. Fold in the chocolate chips, butterfinger, toffee and sprinkles. 

How to heat treat your flour: Spread your flour on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees F. Feel free to use right away. This gives your cookie dough a creamy texture when flour is mixed in warm.
