Fluffernutter Cookie Pie

Recipe:

16 oz cookie dough, homemade or store bought

1/2 cup smooth peanut butter, melted for easier spreading

1/2 semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup mini marshmallows

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In an 8 inch pie dish, press the cookie dough. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes. Top with peanut butter, chocolate chips, and marshmallows. Broil for 5 minutes or until marshmallows are golden. Make sure to keep an eye so they don’t burn!
