We mixed it up and made these air-fried chimichangas sweet by combining them with the rich flavors of cheesecake! The strawberry cheesecake filling is light and fluffy, and the tortilla makes for the perfect crust to balance out the creamy texture.

How to make strawberry cheesecake chimichangas
- Clean and prepare your strawberries. Remove the leaves and dice up your strawberries into tiny cubes.
- In a large bowl, add a block of cream cheese, sour cream, and sugar. Pour in the chopped berries and mix it all together.
- Assemble the chimichangas. Lay down a tortilla, scoop the strawberry cream cheese mixture into the middle. Fold in the sides and roll it into a burrito.
- Tip: Spread a small amount of the cream cheese, sour cream mixture on the edge of the tortilla as a seal.
- Place the strawberry cheesecake burritos in
air fryer . - Cook the chimichangas for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Remove them from the
air fryer and dip them in melted butter. You can also brush the melted butter on them. Roll the chimichangas in cinnamon sugar. - Serve warm.

Ingredients
- 4 medium sized tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add cream cheese, sour cream, and sugar. Mix until combined. Add the chopped berries and fold together.

10/10. So damn good. I used smaller burritos and even ones that were healthy but oh my they were good. So creamy. So yummy. The cream cheese the strawberries and especially the cinnmanon sugar. Also incredibely easy and rly fast. Which makes it even better.
