Nutella Stuffed French Toast Bake



10 Slices of Cinnamon Swirl Bread OR babka

3 eggs

1.5 cups whole milk

2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup granulated sugar

Nutella (As little or as much as you like)



Whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Set aside. Take one slice of bread, spread Nutella and top with bananas. Add another slice of bread. Place in a 9×9 baking dish. Repeat. Arrange them in the baking dish to overlap or lay flat. Pour the egg mixture over. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes. Keep covered for 20¬†minutes and remove the foil for the remaining 15-20 minutes.

*If you want a bigger batch. Double the recipe and use a 13 x 9 baking dish
