What do Air Fryer Mozzarella Cheese Sticks taste like

Mozzarella cheese is a true MVP when it comes to melting — its delicate, milk-like flavor and creamy texture make it perfect for creating that irresistible gooeyness we all love. And when you fry it up, it melts like a dream, giving you a stick of pure cheesy goodness that’s hard to resist!

But let’s not forget about that satisfying crunch. With each bite, you get a crispy exterior that gives way to that molten cheese center, creating a flavor and texture sensation that’s simply unbeatable. It’s no wonder we just can’t get enough!

Equipment you need for this recipe

This is such a simple recipe to make – all you need is an air fryer! Air fryers are essentially mini convection ovens. They use fans to circulate hot air around the food, cooking it slowly from all angles. You rest the food in a basket in the center or bottom of the air fryer, click a few buttons, and before you know it, you’ve got a crispy, melty snack!

Because of the air fryer’s method of cooking, this means this recipe is so much less greasy and slightly better for you than it would be deep fried!
