Cinnamon Sugar French Toast

Sliced Brioche Bread Eggs  Whole Milk Vanilla Extract Cinnamon Nutmeg Kosher Salt Granulated Sugar Room Temperature Butter Light Brown Sugar

Combine the eggs, milk, granulated sugar, spices, and salt in a large bowl. Spread the butter on the bread, and sprinkle brown sugar on top.


Layer two pieces of bread at a time, and cut them into fourths. Pour the egg mixture over the bread in a baking dish.
