Egg Fried Rice


Quick, easy to make, and super customizable, this Wok Egg Fried Rice is one of our favorite recipes for an easy weeknight dinner the whole family will love!

Key Ingredients

Cooked And Chilled White Rice Frozen Green Peas | Diced Onion Frozen Diced Carrots | Minced Garlic Soy Sauce | Sesame Oil Eggs | Butter Green Onions | Salt | Pepper

In a wok over high heat melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add onions, carrots, peas, salt and pepper.  Fry for 3-4 minutes or until onions are  translucent. Add remaining butter and continute to stir.


Add rice, soy sauce, sesame oil. Toss together until all the rice is  combined with the vegetables. Stir in eggs and green onions.

Feel free to add some crushed red pepper, and/or sesame seeds! You can also add some protein. Chicken, shrimp, beef, and pork all taste great and make for a kid-friendly dinner that’s a well-rounded meal.

This fried rice is delicious and the perfect way to use up leftovers.
