Chicken Kofta


Grind your own chicken in the food processor with shallots, herbs and seasonings for this easy and moist kofta. Option to air fry or bake in the oven! Our chicken kofta recipe is so delicious, and it’s incredibly good for you.

Key Ingredients

• Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts • Shallots • Homemade Shawarma Spice • Sea Salt • Garlic Cloves • Egg • Dried Bread Crumbs • Fresh Mint • Italian Parsley

In the bowl of a food processor, grind chicken breast until minced. Add fresh mint, parsley, shallots, garlic, egg, bread crumbs, shawarma spice, and salt.


Pulse to combine. Using a small ice cream scoop shape the mix into small meatballs. Place in air fryer with a little olive oil.

Air fry at 350 degrees F. for 13-15 minutes or bake at 375 degrees F. for 18-20 minutes.

Serve with hummus and a salad or in a wrap.
