In a large bowl, combine the chicken, olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir to coat the chicken evenly with the seasonings.
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Grill the chicken over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
While the chicken is cooking, prepare the tomato basil topping. In a medium bowl, combine the tomatoes, salt, pepper, lemon juice, olive oil and basil. Stir well.
1 cup grape tomatoes, Salt and pepper to taste, 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice, 2 Tablespoons olive oil, 2 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil
Once the chicken is cooked through, top each chicken breast with burrata cheese

Top the chicken with the tomato basil topping and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
