- 1 pound baby golden potatoes quartered
- 3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon Greek seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Wash and quarter the potatoes.
