- 1 pound steak flank, skirt, or sirloin, cut into bite-sized strips (against the grain)
- 2 Tablespoons cornstarch
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Marinate the Steak:
In a bowl, toss steak strips with cornstarch, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Let it sit for 10–15 minutes to absorb and tenderize.
Add Everything Together:
Add broccoli florets, olive oil, and sesame oil directly into the bowl with the marinated steak.

Air Fry:
Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
