Tomato Soup With Parmesan Croutons

Tomatoes On The Vine Cherry Tomatoes Shallots Garlic Bulb Olive Oil Basil Heavy Cream Salt And Pepper Basil Parmesan Cheese French Bread Loaf

Preheat the oven to 400° Fahrenheit. Bake the tomatoes, shallots, basil, and garlic for 35-40 minutes.


Blend the ingredients until smooth. Adjust seasonings to taste.

MAKE THE CROUTONS Toss the ingredients in a large bowl. Air fry at 350°F for 8-10 minutes, tossing halfway through cooking.

Serve soup with Parmesan and your homemade croutons.
