Instructions
Add all ingredients to a mason jar.
1/2 cup rolled oats,
1 cup almond milk,
1 tablespoon vanilla pudding mix,
1 tbsp chia seeds,
1/4 cup strawberries,
Sweetener of choice
Using a spoon, mix well and refrigerate overnight.
Eat cold, or at room temperature.
Notes
Shake the jar before eating to ensure that all of the ingredients are mixed together well.
For meal-prep, overnight oats will last up to 5 days.
