Strawberry Agua Fresca

This creamy strawberry agua fresca is made with fresh strawberries, whole milk, and condensed milk. Rich, cold, and ready in 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • pounds strawberries hulled and divided
  • 4 cups water divided
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • Ice for serving

Instructions

  • Reserve ½ pound of the strawberries for garnish. Add the remaining strawberries and 1 cup of the water to a blender. Blend until smooth.

  • Pour the strawberry mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove the seeds.
  • Add the milk, sweetened condensed milk, and remaining 3 cups of water to the pitcher. Stir until well combined.

  • Finely chop the reserved strawberries and stir them into the drink, if desired.
  • Refrigerate until chilled. Serve over ice and garnish with additional strawberries.
