- 1 pound steak flank, sirloin, or skirt, sliced into thin strips
- 1 red onion sliced
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 green bell pepper sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons fajita seasoning
- 6 cloves garlic minced
Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare Ingredients: Slice the steak, onion, and bell peppers into thin strips.
