Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 8 ounces frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 2 cups artichoke hearts drained
  • 6 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 teaspoons salt + more or less to taste
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350° Fahrenheit.
  • In a 10-inch ovenproof skillet or baking pan, add all the ingredients except for the Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Stir to combine.
    8 ounces cream cheese, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup full-fat Greek yogurt, 2 cups cooked chicken, 8 ounces frozen spinach, 2 cups artichoke hearts, 6 garlic cloves, 2 teaspoons salt + more or less to taste, 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, 1/4 cup milk
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
    1 cup Mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the mixture is bubbly and the cheese is golden brown on top.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.

Notes

Options: If you don't want a cheese "crust," mix the cheeses into the dip before baking.
