- 3 small overripe bananas mashed
- ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- 1 large egg lightly beaten
- ¾ cup whole milk
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
Topping:
- ¼ cup Chocolate chips
- ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
Combine Wet Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas and peanut butter. Stir in the vanilla extract, maple syrup, and egg. Add the milk and mix well.

Add Dry Ingredients:
Add the rolled oats, baking powder, sea salt, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg to the wet ingredients. Stir until the batter is uniform throughout.

Drizzle and Serve:
