- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 Tablespoons fresh dill chopped
- 4 Tablespoons fresh mint chopped
- 1 Tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 Tablespoon tahina tahini
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives pitted and finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1-2 Tablespoons flour
- 1 egg
Prepare Mixture:
In a large bowl, combine the lean ground beef, finely chopped red onion, panko bread crumbs, chopped dill, chopped mint, lemon zest, tahina, chopped kalamata olives, and salt.
