Tzatziki Chicken Marinade:

  • 2 pounds chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 Tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Persian cucumber
  • 2 Tablespoons grated pickles
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh dill
  • 2 Tablespoons pickle juice
  • 2 cloves grated garlic

Honey Harissa Chicken Marinade:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup harissa paste we used Mina
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 3 cloves grated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Hummus Marinated Chicken:

  • 2 pounds chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup prepared hummus
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cloves grated garlic

Tahini Yogurt Marinated Chicken:

  • 2 pounds chicken breasts
  • 3 Tablespoons tahini paste
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 Tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cloves grated garlic

Instructions

Tzatziki Chicken Marinade:

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl.
    2 pounds chicken breasts, 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 3 Tablespoons sour cream, 2 Tablespoons olive oil, 1/4 cup grated Persian cucumber, 2 Tablespoons grated pickles, 1 Tablespoon fresh dill, 2 Tablespoons pickle juice, 2 cloves grated garlic

  • Marinate for 24 hours.

Honey Harissa Chicken Marinade:

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl.
    2 chicken breasts, 2 Tablespoons olive oil, 1 Tablespoon honey, 1/4 cup harissa paste, 2 Tablespoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 3 cloves grated garlic, 1 teaspoon sea salt

  • Marinate for 24 hours.

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl.

  • Marinate for 24 hours.

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl.
    2 pounds chicken breasts, 3 Tablespoons tahini paste, 2 Tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 2 Tablespoons lime juice, 1 Tablespoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon sea salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 3 cloves grated garlic
    Raw chicken in tahini yogurt marinade.
  • Marinate for 24 hours.
