- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 3 Tablespoons sour cream

- 1/4 cup grated Persian cucumber
- 2 Tablespoons grated pickles
- 1 Tablespoon fresh dill
- 2 Tablespoons pickle juice
- 2 cloves grated garlic
Honey Harissa Chicken Marinade:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup harissa paste we used Mina
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 3 cloves grated garlic
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Hummus Marinated Chicken:
- 2 pounds chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup prepared hummus
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves grated garlic
Tahini Yogurt Marinated Chicken:
- 2 pounds chicken breasts
- 3 Tablespoons tahini paste
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons lime juice
- 1 Tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cloves grated garlic
