- 1 large avocado diced (or 2 small avocados)
- ½ cup tomatoes diced
- 1 jalapeño chopped
- ¼ cup red onion finely diced
- 2 Tablespoons cilantro chopped (leaves & stems are ok)
- ½-1 lime juiced
- Salt to taste
- Cracked black pepper to taste
In a medium bowl, combine the diced avocado, tomatoes, chopped jalapeño, and finely diced red onion.
