Air Fryer Granola Recipe
This air fryer granola is one snack we always keep on hand! Crisp, crunchy, sweet, and infused with warm spice, it's better than store-bought and perfect for sprinkling over yogurt, oatmeal, smoothies, and more!

- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- ½ cup nuts almonds, pecans, walnutschopped
- ¼ cup seeds pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, or chia
- ½ cup shredded coconut optional
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- 3 Tablespoons coconut oil melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup dried fruit raisins, cranberries, cherries – added after cooking
Mix the base:
In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, seeds, coconut, cinnamon, and salt.

Stir in honey (or maple), coconut oil, and vanilla. Mix until oats are evenly coated.

Cook:
Spread granola mixture in a thin, even layer in the air fryer basket (use parchment paper with holes or an air fryer liner if needed).
Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking or stirring every 4–5 minutes to prevent burning.
