Air Fryer Granola Recipe

This air fryer granola is one snack we always keep on hand! Crisp, crunchy, sweet, and infused with warm spice, it's better than store-bought and perfect for sprinkling over yogurt, oatmeal, smoothies, and more!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup nuts almonds, pecans, walnutschopped
  • ¼ cup seeds pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, or chia
  • ½ cup shredded coconut optional
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 3 Tablespoons coconut oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup dried fruit raisins, cranberries, cherries – added after cooking

Instructions

Mix the base:

  • In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, seeds, coconut, cinnamon, and salt.
    2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats, ½ cup nuts, ¼ cup seeds, ½ cup shredded coconut, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, Pinch of salt
  • Stir in honey (or maple), coconut oil, and vanilla. Mix until oats are evenly coated.
    ¼ cup honey or maple syrup, 3 Tablespoons coconut oil, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat air fryer:

  • Set to 300°F (150°C).

Cook:

  • Spread granola mixture in a thin, even layer in the air fryer basket (use parchment paper with holes or an air fryer liner if needed).
  • Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking or stirring every 4–5 minutes to prevent burning.

Cool & finish:

  • Let granola cool completely (it crisps up as it cools). Stir in dried fruit.
    ½ cup dried fruit

Store:

  • Keep in an airtight container at room temp for up to 2 weeks.
