Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings drumettes and wingettes
  • 2 Tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • teaspoons lemon zest
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 3 clove garlic minced or half teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 Tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  • Toss wings cornstarch, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic.
