Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.

Season the cauliflower:

  • In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Make sure the florets are evenly coated.

Air fry:

  • Place the seasoned cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer (cook in batches if needed).
  • Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden and slightly crispy on the edges.

Serve:

  • Enjoy as a side dish, snack, or toss with a dipping sauce like tahini, ranch, or spicy mayo.
