- 1 head of cauliflower cut into florets
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Season the cauliflower:
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Make sure the florets are evenly coated.

Air fry:
Place the seasoned cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer (cook in batches if needed).
Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden and slightly crispy on the edges.
