Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Butter a large baking pan.
Place a sheet of phyllo dough on a clean work surface near the baking pan. Scrunch the phyllo together across the wide side so that it bunches up and resembles a pleated surface.

Carefully lift the scrunched phyllo dough and place it along the short side of the baking pan.
Bake the phyllo dough for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, remove the baking pan from the oven, and drizzle melted butter over the baked phyllo dough. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

In a bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients except the sesame seeds.
1 cup milk, 1 egg, 1 Tablespoon sugar, 1/4 cup feta cheese, 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
Pour the mixture over the baked phyllo dough in the baking pan.
Sprinkle black sesame seeds over the top.

Bake until golden brown, about 45 to 50 minutes.
Remove from the oven, cool slightly, and cut into pieces. The pie will have a pleated appearance.
