In a 13x9 baking dish, add the Velveeta cheese, pepper jack cheese, cream cheese, chicken, jalapeño, cilantro, red onion, and diced tomatoes.
8 ounces cubed Velveeta cheese, 6 ounces pepper jack cheese, 8 ounces cream cheese, 1 large jalapeño, 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, 1/2 cup red onion, 14 ounces diced tomatoes with chilis
Drizzle the evaporated milk on top.

Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Stir to combine.
Serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping, if desired.
