Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken wings
  • 2 Tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius) for about 5 minutes.
  • In a bowl, toss the chicken wings with cornstarch until they are evenly coated. This will help make the wings extra crispy.

  • Place the coated wings in the preheated air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook in batches as needed depending on the size of the air fryer.
  • Cook the wings in the air fryer for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
  • While the wings are cooking, prepare the buffalo sauce. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, stir in the buffalo sauce and salt to taste. Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce and salt according to preference.

  • Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over them. Toss the wings until they are evenly coated in the sauce.
