Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the pasta is cooked and the cherry tomatoes are soft.
Remove the foil and stir in the fresh spinach until it wilts and combines with the pasta.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
