One Pot Creamy Tuscan Chicken Pasta

This creamy One Pot Chicken Tuscan Pasta is filled with fresh spinach, roasted peppers, sun-dried tomato pesto, and lots of herbs.

Key Ingredients

diced chicken breasts shellbow pasta fresh spinach roasted red pepper sun dried tomato pesto chicken broth heavy cream grated parmesan cheese seasonings

In a large pot or dutch oven on medium high heat add butter. Once melted add garlic and chicken.


Add salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, and crushed red pepper (if using). Cook for 3-4 minutes or until no longer pink.

Add uncooked pasta, spinach, roasted peppers, sun-dried tomato pesto, and broth

Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to low for 12-14 minutes or until pasta is al-dente.

Add heavy cream, and parmesan cheese.

Stir until it is nice and creamy. Enjoy!
