Rinse the lentils, and boil them for about 20-25 minutes or until tender. Then, drain, and set them aside to cool.

Instructions

In a mason jar or dressing container, add all of the ingredients for the tahini dressing, and shake, mix, or whisk until smooth.

Pour the dressing over the lentil salad, and toss until all of the ingredients are coated.
