Peach Watermelon Salad
Our favorite way to use fresh produce, this peach watermelon salad combines juicy peaches, fresh watermelon, strawberries, and grapes with a sweet honey mint dressing. Easy to make, it's a delicious breakfast, snack, or dessert!

- 4 cups watermelon cubed into 1-inch pieces
- 2 white nectarines cut into wedges
- 1 cup red grapes sliced in half
- 8 oz strawberries sliced
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- Juice of ½ a lime
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ cup fresh mint chopped or torn
In a large mixing bowl, combine the watermelon, nectarines, grapes, and strawberries.

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey (or maple syrup), lime juice, and a pinch of salt until well combined.

Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
Sprinkle the fresh mint over the salad and give it one final gentle toss.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Best enjoyed chilled!
