One Pot Cacio e Pepe
This one-pot cacio e pepe cooks linguine right in chicken or vegetable broth, so the pasta’s starch becomes the base of a creamy Parmesan and black pepper sauce. It takes just under 25 minutes with one pot and six ingredients -- it's our shortcut take on the Roman classic.
