Crispy Air Fryer Pasta Chips

These crispy air fryer pasta chips are ready in minutes and are impossible to stop snacking on! Six ingredients, and almost no effort!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta bowties, rigatoni, or penne work best
  • 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain well and let sit for 2–3 minutes to dry slightly.
  • Toss pasta with olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry at 400°F for 10–14 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving — they crisp up even more as they cool.
  • Optional: sprinkle with Parmesan after cooking!
