- 1 cup almond milk or choice
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 Tablespoon instant vanilla pudding
- 1 Tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- Chocolate chips optional

- 1 Banana, sliced
Combine all the ingredients in a jar with a lid.
