  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk or choice
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 Tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • Chocolate chips optional
  • Maple syrup to taste
  • 1 Banana, sliced

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a jar with a lid.
    1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 cup almond milk or choice, 1 Tablespoon chia seeds, 1 Tablespoon instant vanilla pudding, 1 Tablespoon creamy peanut butter, Chocolate chips, Maple syrup to taste
  • Cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  • Top with sliced bananas, chocolate chips, and maple syrup as desired. Enjoy!
