Ingredients

  • 8 ounces about 1 cup mascarpone cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 Tablespoon instant espresso powder
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting
  • Ladyfinger cookies or biscotti for dipping

Instructions

  • Add the mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, heavy cream, espresso powder, and cocoa powder to a large mixing bowl.

  • Use a hand mixer to beat until soft peaks form. Be careful not to overwhip!

  • Dust the top of the dip generously with unsweetened cocoa powder. Use a fine-mesh sieve to achieve an even and decorative dusting.

Notes
