Fakhfakhina (Egyptian Fruit Salad)

- 1 1/2 cups ripe mango diced
- 1 cup green grapes sliced in half
- 2 cups fresh strawberries diced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup ripe kiwi diced
- 2 large bananas sliced
- 3 cups fresh orange or mango juice
- Freshly whipped cream or whipped topping for serving
- Optional: pistachios or choice of nuts for topping
In a spacious bowl, combine all the diced fruit. Gently mix until the fruits are well distributed.
1 1/2 cups ripe mango, 1 cup green grapes, 2 cups fresh strawberries, 1 cup blueberries, 1 cup ripe kiwi, 2 large bananas
Scoop approximately 3/4 cup of the fruit mixture into each 6-8 oz stem glass or cup.
Carefully pour about 1/2 cup of the fresh orange or mango juice over the fruit in each glass.

For a delightful touch, garnish each serving with a dollop of freshly whipped cream or whipped topping. Enhance the presentation with a sprig of mint as a final garnish or a sprinkle of chopped pistachios or choice of nuts.
