Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • -2 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • -3/4 cup chia seeds
  • -1/4 cup honey
  • -1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • -1 tsp vanilla extract
  • -1/4 tsp kosher salt

Instructions

  • Whisk all the ingredients together. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Place in a bowl and top with your favorite fruits and/or nuts!
