Ingredients

  • -6 oz plain Greek yogurt
  • -1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • -1 tblsp orange juice
  • -2 tblsp honey
  • -1 tsp orange zest
  • -1 tsp vanilla extract
  • -2 tblsp walnuts chopped
  • -1/4 cup fresh pomegranate
  • -2 tsp chia seeds

Instructions

  • In a mixing bow combine the yogurt, quinoa, juice, honey, zest, and vanilla.
  • Layer the mixture with the remaining ingredients. Makes 2 servings
