Strawberry Cheesecake Chimichanga
These chimichangas have a strawberry cream cheese filling. They are cooked in the air fryer and dusted with cinnamon sugar!

cream cheese

chopped strawberries

sugar
¼

sour cream

tbsp
melted butter

tbsp
granulated sugar

ground cinnamon
Instructions
In a large bowl, add cream cheese, sour cream, and sugar. Mix until combined. Add the chopped berries and fold together.
Lay down a tortilla, scoop the strawberry cream cheese mixture into the middle. Fold in the sides and roll it into a burrito.
Tip: Spread a small amount of the cream cheese, sour cream mixture on the edge of the tortilla as a seal.
Place the strawberry cheesecake burritos in air fryer.
Cook the chimichangas for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
Remove them from the air fryer and brush them with melted butter.
Combined the sugar and cinnamon in a shallow plate.
Roll the chimichangas in cinnamon sugar.
