Strawberry Cheesecake French Toast Buns

These little strawberry cheesecake stuffed Hawaiian rolls are so good and great for a weekend breakfast/brunch!

  • 12 Hawaiian bread rolls
  • 8 oz whipped cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped strawberries
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Cut out the center of the Hawaiian rolls and press them into the roll.
  • Mix together whipped cream cheese, and sugar in a bowl until thoroughly combined.
  • Fold in the chopped strawberries.
  • Stuff about 1 heaping tablespoon of the filling into the Hawaiian buns.
  • In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  • Dip stuffed Hawaiian rolls in egg and milk mixture until thoroughly coated.
  • Air fry at 350 degrees F. for 6-8 minutes until buns are golden brown.
  • Dust with powdered sugar, optional.
  • Serve and enjoy!



  • Baking instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Place in a buttered baking dish and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
