Cinnamon Bun Brioche French Toast

Easy french toast casserole made with a cinnamon swirl brioche bread!
  • 1 loaf Cinnamon swirl brioche bread
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 4 tbsp butter (softened)
  • 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream or milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl whisk your eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. In a 10-inch skillet add your cut up brioche bread. Pour the egg mixture and bake for 30 minutes or until cooked.
  • In another bowl combine cream cheese, butter, sugar, vanilla, and heavy cream. Beat until it’s creamy. Spread over your french toast. Serve warm.
