Cinnamon Bun Brioche French Toast
Easy french toast casserole made with a cinnamon swirl brioche bread!
- 1 loaf Cinnamon swirl brioche bread
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 4 tbsp butter (softened)
- 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp heavy cream or milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl whisk your eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. In a 10-inch skillet add your cut up brioche bread. Pour the egg mixture and bake for 30 minutes or until cooked.
In another bowl combine cream cheese, butter, sugar, vanilla, and heavy cream. Beat until it’s creamy. Spread over your french toast. Serve warm.
