Spaghetti Bread Bowl

  • 1 large round Sourdough Bread
  • 2 cups cooked spaghetti noodles
  • 2 cups marinara or ragu sauce (divided)
  • 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoons melted butter or olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp fresh grated black pepper
Instructions
 
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • With a large serrated knife slice of the top of the loaf. Hallow out the inside of the loaf leaving 1/2 inch at the bottom. Place 1/2 cup of the marinara or meat sauce at the bottom. Add the noodles. Top with another 1/2 cup sauce, mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup marinara sauce and┬áparmesan cheese. Add the top of the bread to cover the bowl. In a small bowl combine the butter and the seasonings. Brush the whole loaf with the butter mixture. Cover the whole bowl with foil. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
