Peanut Butter Protein Monster Balls

  • cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • cup honey
  • 1 scoop whey protein (such as My Protein)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (melted)
  • ¼ cup mini Reese's Pieces
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of salt
  • Add all of the ingredients to a medium sized bowl and stir well until everything is combined.
  • Roll them as little or big as you want and place them on parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate for 20 minutes
