Wok Egg  Fried Rice

Quick, easy to make, and super customizable, this Wok Egg Fried Rice is one of our favorite recipes for an easy weeknight dinner the whole family will love!

white rice frozen green peas diced onion frozen diced carrots minced garlic soy sauce sesame oil eggs scrambled butter green onions for garnish salt and pepper to taste

KEY INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

In a wok over high heat melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add onions, carrots, peas, salt and pepper.

FRY

Fry for 3-4 minutes or until onions are translucent. Add remaining butter and continute to stir.

ADD

Add rice, soy sauce, sesame oil. Toss together until all the rice is combined with the vegetables. Stir in eggs and green onions.

ENJOY!

Feel free to add some crushed red pepper, and/or sesame seeds!
