One Pot Spinach and Feta Pasta

Inspired by our favorite Greek pie recipe, this One Pot Spinach and Feta Pasta is loaded with fresh spinach and plenty of cheese for an unbelievably delicious, creamy flavor.

KEY INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

In a deep pot, add the uncooked pasta, broth, spinach, garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon zest.

BOIL

Bring the ingredients to a boil.

COVER

Then, cover the pot, and reduce the heat to medium-low.

SIMMER

Simmer for 10-12 minutes or until the pasta is al dente.

STIR

Stir in the cream cheese and feta until they are smooth and creamy.

SERVE

Serve warm garnished with fresh dill if desired.
