canned chickpeas Kalamata olives  Manzanilla green olives  red pepper  roma tomato  red onion jalapeño  parsley mint olive oil lemon juice salt and pepper sumac za’atar garlic clove minced

Add all of the salad ingredients to a large bowl and toss until combined.

Combine

Pour all of the dressing ingredients into a small bowl and stir. Add the dressing to the salad mixture and stir to coat.

Make the Dressing

Chill the dressed salad in the fridge for at least half an hour before serving.
