This Easy Tiramisu Recipe comes together in minutes. Featuring a creamy mascarpone layer and coffee-soaked Ladyfinger cookies, it’s a show-stopping dessert.
Prepare mascarpone filling according to recipe.
Combine the espresso and sugar while the espresso is still warm. Dip the ladyfingers into the liquid just long enough to get them wet.
Arrange the cookies in the bottom of a square baking dish. Spoon half of the mascarpone mixture on top, spreading it out evenly.
Repeat the process, adding a second layer of cookies followed by the mascarpone cream.
Cover the dish with cling film or foil. Place it in the fridge for at least 4 hours or ideally up to overnight.
Add a dusting of cocoa powder on top. Then, use a sharp knife to slice, and serve.
